Ashley was first introduced to outpatient physical therapy in 2012 while working for a a small outpatient clinic in Wellesley, before deciding to pursue her doctorate in the field. Currently, Ashley holds a Bachelor's Degree in Medical Biology from the University of New England and a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences. She is a licensed physical therapist in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, a Certified Personal Trainer, and a member of the American Physical Therapy Association. In addition practicing physical therapy, Ashley is also a certified nutritionist through Precision Nutrition and worked previously as a head trainer for Orangetheory Fitness.

Through her clinical practice she has had the opportunity of working in a variety of patients in diverse settings including pediatrics, neuro rehab, outpatient orthopedics, and home care. Ashley’s breadth of experience, in addition to her certifications, has allowed for a well-rounded treatment approach with clients of all ages and fitness levels. Ashley is passionate about helping patients of all ages regain function and improve performance, allowing them to return to activities they are most passionate about.


JOSEPH PIRRONE PTA, CPT

Joe started in outpatient physical therapy in 2001 working as a PTA with a strong focus in orthopedic sports. He also has worked part time with more acute and post-operative injuries through The New England Baptist Hospital. Currently, Joe holds his Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science and his license to practice as a PTA from Lasell University. With over 20 years of experience in the industry, Joe is skilled to treat injuries ranging from the common muscle ache to the more involved postoperative patient. 

In addition to his work as a PTA, Joe is a certified personal trainer working part time with clients of all ages and capabilities. Joe’s passion lies in getting patients back to what they love, and working to foster a safe return to an active lifestyle.
